Rocky Rochford, the Republican candidate for Florida’s Congressional District 14, has recently released a compelling press statement highlighting significant developments in his ongoing fight against alleged election fraud in the 2024 general elections. As previously reported in The People’s Olive Branch, concerns about irregularities and statutory violations in District 14’s electoral process were first brought to light following a contentious and closely watched race.

A federal court has issued a significant injunction against the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), deeming it likely unconstitutional. The decision, handed down by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc. v. Garland (No. 4:24-CV-478), temporarily halts the application of the CTA and its accompanying beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements. This ruling has broad implications, as it suspends enforcement on a nationwide scale pending further court orders.

The Ticktin Law Group, representing U.S. Navy veteran and former Congressional candidate Robert "Rocky" Rochman, has filed a complaint in the Second Judicial Circuit (Case Number: 2024 CA 001976) against Congresswoman Kathy Castor and local election officials, alleging significant election fraud in the U.S. Congressional District 14 race.

According to statistical data, 35,773 absentee ballots were illegally requested on September 9th 2024 in Pinellas’ CD-14 region. Arguably, a statistical anomaly for such a high count of absentee ballot requests in a single day, and is inconsistent with recorded dates prior to and after September 9th 2024, with the exception of September 13th which is still under investigation by our team at The People’s Olive Branch. Furthermore, 35,773 of these illegally requested absentee ballots were illegally issued, with 28,197 of these ballots being illegally cast for the 2024 general election.
