After the election on November 3rd, the decrease in fuel prices began to stop at around $2.10 to find its way towards an upward trajectory. This was a clear sign that even before President Biden’s inauguration, the markets were already adjusting to future policy demands and changes. Between election day of Nov. 3rd 2021 to the inauguration on January 20th the price of gas increased from $2.10 to $2.37 per gallon. From Jan 20th to March 15th, the new administration’s policies pushed gas prices upward to $2.90.
America Enters Another Open-Ended Proxy War
In an effort to send Russia a message, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and a few other representatives traveled to Ukraine to show America’s commitment to another open-eded war. As they met with the President of Ukraine and provided a press statement, Representative Jason Crow stated, “But one thing is really clear that this delegation wanted to send, but also President Biden has made very clear with his most recent aid package request. It is a historic request that we’re going to push hard in the United States Congress to help pass, and it send a very simple message. We are not interested in stalemate, we are not interested in going back to the status quo. The United States of America is in this to win it. And we will stand with Ukraine until victory is won.“

Eviction Moratorium is Deemed Illegal by the Supreme Court
This is a case where even the Nation’s highest court has shown inconsistencies. On the June ruling, the Supreme Court ruled to keep the moratorium in place through July 31st. This past week, they ruled on the opposite direction. Essentially telling the CDC that they have no authority under the current laws that allows them to extend such an order.
